摘要 本文介绍了利用粗硫酸铜生产A级铜的工艺设计与生产实践。将公司烟灰工段的现有设备进行了简单改造,利用该工段的生产间歇,将副产品粗硫酸铜转化为A级铜,提高了粗硫酸铜的附加值,为公司增加了经济效益。文中重点阐述了该项目的工艺流程、生产存在的问题及解决措施、生产优化情况,并对该项目进行了经济效益核算。 This paper described the process design and production practices of using crude copper sulphate to produce grade A copper.The existing equipments of the company s dust section were simply modified.By using the production interval of the section,the by-product crude copper sulfate can be converted into grade A copper,which increases the added value of crude copper sulfate and increases the economic benefits for the company.The process,production problems,solutions and production optimization of the project were elaborated,and the economic benefits of the project were accounted.
