摘要
红土镍矿湿法冶炼中逆流洗涤(CCD)浓密机实际操作过程中溢流跑浑现象较为普遍,事故处理较为繁琐,严重影响了生产的连续性,给生产带来了较大的损失。本文针对实际生产中的跑浑现象进行了分析,发现溢流液成分、絮凝剂种类、矿浆进料浓度,以及生产操作和管理都会对溢流液跑浑产生影响,实施pH值控制在1.5~2.0、使用效果好的絮凝剂、矿浆进料浓度控制在3%~4%这些措施可以有效解决现场泡浑的问题,另外,CCD系统的自动化水平与生产操作及管理也是影响CCD浓密机溢流跑浑的重要因素。
Mudflow of counter current washing(CCD)thickener operation in laterite nickel hydrometallurgy is a general problem.The accident handling is very complicated,which affects the continuity of production and brings great loss to production.In this paper,the causes of mudflow in the actual production are discussed,and the composition of overflow,flocculant type,the ore pulp concentration,the operation and management on the series of thickeners all have impacts on the accident,which will solved by adjusting pH value 1.5~2.0,using good flocculants,controling the feed ore pulp concentration 3%~4%.Furthermore,the automation level and production operation and management of the CCD system are also important factors.
