摘要
某厂奥斯麦特炉余热锅炉采用直通式强制循环锅炉,由炉盖、上升烟道、下降烟道和水平布置的对流区四部分组成。实际生产运行中,因烟道下降段顶部结焦严重,不时有大焦块落下,砸垮冷灰斗,堵塞对流区刮板机隔筛,造成了不必要的停炉和大量的检修。针对此现象,该厂对余热锅炉辐射室部分水冷壁进行了改造,将斜锥形水冷壁改为垂直水冷壁,并将相关联的设备也进行了改造。改造完成后,设备运行良好,彻底解决了余热锅炉顶部垮焦问题,提升了生产的安全性和经济性。
The waste heat boiler of Ausmelt furnace in a smelter plant,adopted a straight-through forced cycle boiler,which consists of four parts:the smelter furnace cover,the rising flue,the falling flue,and the convection area arranged horizontally.In the actual production operation,due to the serious coking at the top of the descending section of the flue,large coke blocks fell from time to time,smashing the cold ash bucket,and blocking the scraper screen of the convection area,which caused unnecessary shutdowns and a lot of maintenance.In response to this phenomenon,the plant has modified some water-cooled walls of the radiant chamber,changed the oblique-tapered water-cooled wall to a vertical water-cooled wall,and modified the associated equipment.After the transformation,the equipments run well,which completely solves the problem of coke collapse at the top of the waste heat boiler,and improves production safety and economy.
