校企深度融合的创新创业应用型人才培养

Fostering Talents for Innovative and Entrepreneurial Applications with Deep Integration of Universities and Enterprises

针对普通高校创新创业人才培养现状的诸多问题,提出高校企业行业深度合作,注重学生工程实践和创新创业能力培养的模式。以惠州学院网络工程专业为例,通过用人单位调研发现,毕业生存在实践工程理论不扎实,实际动手能力不强等问题,导致网络人才不能满足企业需求。通过多年努力,学院从修订培养方案、构建创新创业实践培养模式、建设双创型师资队伍等方面对网络工程专业的创新创业应用型人才培养进行改革。其中,创新中心校企深度融合的新模式取得一定的成绩,吸引许多同类院校前来参观交流,为同类院校学习和建设提供了有益的借鉴。

In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship type talents in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the mode of in-depth cooperation among enterprises in colleges and universities,focusing on students'engineering practice and innovation and entrepreneurship training.Taking the network engineering specialty of Huizhou University as an example,through the research and development of personnel units,it is found that the graduates have some problems,such as weak practical engineering theory and weak practical ability,which lead to the network talents cannot meet the needs of enterprises.Through years of efforts,the college has reformed the training of innovative and applied talents in network engineering specialty from the aspects of revising the training plan,constructing the training mode of innovation and entrepreneurial practice,and building a team of innovation and entrepreneurship type teachers.Among them,the new mode of deep integration between colleges and enterprises in innovation centers has made some achievements,invited many colleges and universities to visit and exchange,and provided a useful reference for similar colleges and universities.
