摘要
由于传统工程训练体系采用封闭式校内教育,其训练内容和方式与企业需求脱节,评价方式单一,评价结果指导性不强,不能客观、准确地反映学生的工程能力及其变化。针对存在的问题,以贵阳学院智能制造工程能力提升班为依托,探索建立了基于OBE理念的工程训练体系,并着重介绍了数字化工程训练形成性考核多元评价体系的构建,力图通过科学的评价体系加强教学管理、教学指导、学生工程实践三个环节的信息互通,保障教学方法持续改进和教学质量提高,同时让学生了解自身工程能力的不足,也为企业选人用人提供客观依据。
Due to the closed school education of traditional engineering training system,the training content and methods are disconnected from the needs of the enterprise.Meanwhile,the evaluation method is single,and the results are not instructive,which can not reflect the students'engineering capabilities and changes objectively and accurately.Aiming at the existing problems,combined with Guiyang University's intelligent manufacturing engineering ability improvement class,an engineering training system based on the OBE concept was explored and established,which focused on the construction of a digital engineering training formative assessment multi-evaluation system.Through scientific evaluation system,this paper is supposed to strengthen the information exchange in the three links of teaching management,teaching guidance and student engineering practice,so that the continuous improvement of teaching methods and the understanding of shortcomings of students'engineering ability could be ensured and the teaching quality could be improved as well.Additionally,this system could provide an objective basis for the selection and employment of employees for enterprises.
