信息化新时代高校教师角色的转变

现代信息技术的飞速发展,深刻地影响着高校教育的各个方面。不仅受教育者的学习模式、学习手段发生了深刻改变,就连教育者的施教理念、教育手段等都随之发生相应的变化。因此,新时代背景下高校教师必须重新定位自己:即从传统讲授型教师转向学习引导型教师,从个人奋斗型教师转向合作学习型教师,从权威型教师转向服务型教师,这不仅是时代的要求,更是教师的职责所在。

The rapid development of modern information technology has a profound impact on all aspects of higher education.Not only the educatee's learning mode and learning means have undergone profound changes,but also the educators'teaching ideas and educational means have changed accordingly.Therefore,in the new era,university teachers must re-consider themselves,that is,seeing from traditional lecturing teachers to learning-oriented teachers,from individual struggling teachers to cooperative learning teachers,and from authoritative teachers to service-oriented teachers.This is not only the requirement of the times,but also the duty of teachers.
