不锈钢复合板焊接技术研究

现阶段,由于不锈钢复合板能够降低成本、节约珍贵稀有的材料,所以不锈钢复合板在当今世界上具有很大的市场优势和价格优势。结合不锈钢复合板的可焊性,对不锈钢复合板接头的焊接技术进行了研究。主要介绍了不锈钢复合板在电弧焊、埋弧自动焊、气体保护焊和激光焊方面的研究现状。最后对现阶段的研究问题进行总结,并展望未来发展。

At present,because stainless steel composite plate can reduce cost and save precious and rare materials,it has great market and price advantages in the world.Combined with the weldability of stainless steel composite plate,the welding technology of stainless steel composite plate joint was studied.This paper mainly introduces the research status of stainless steel composite plate in arc welding,submerged arc welding,gas shielded welding and laser welding.Looking forward to the research and summary of problems at this stage,and looking forward to the future development.
