摘要
在密闭箱室内进行实验或生产时,有时需要对大质量或有害物质进行转运。在对转运过程进行充分功能分析后,提出了一种基于PLC的机械手控制系统设计方案。针对设计方案,进行了控制系统硬件与软件的综合设计,系统以PLC作为控制和通讯核心,在触摸屏上操作进行控制。机械手在步进电机的控制下完成沿X轴、Y轴、Z轴方向的运动,在气缸的控制下完成抓取和放松运动。该系统的应用能够有效减少有害物质对操作人员的伤害,并使转用过程更加高效安全。
When conducting experiments or production in closed chamber,sometimes it is necessary to transports large or harmful substances.After fully functional analysis of the transshipment process,a design scheme of manipulator control system based on PLC is proposed.According to the design scheme,the hardware and software of the control system are designed synthetically.The system takes PLC as the control and communication core,and operates on the touch screen.Under the control of the stepping motor,the manipulator moves along the x-axis,Y-axis and z-axis,and under the control of the cylinder,the manipulator grabs and relaxes.The application of the system can effectively reduce the harm of toxic substances to operators,and make the transfer process more efficient and safe.
