摘要
针对目前压紧系统板弹簧设计过程烦琐耗时,缺少自动化设计的问题,本文提出了一种基于Workbench的板弹簧优化设计方法,实现压紧系统板弹簧的设计过程自动化,并对板弹簧的耗时仿真分析建立近似模型,在保证计算精度的前提下进一步提高设计效率。
The design of leaf spring hold-down system is time-consuming and lack of automation.To address this challenge,a optimization design method based on ANSYS Workbench software is proposed to realize the automation of the design process.Moreover,an approximate model is constructed for the simulation analysis to further improve the design efficiency under the premise of guarantee calculation accuracy.
