摘要
本文采用包覆方法为对TiH2粉进行化学镀镍,并且分析了pH值、反应温度、联胺质量浓度和硫酸镍质量浓度对化学镀结果的影响。结果表明:NiSO4·6H2O为17.5~19.5g/L,联氨为75~150ml/L,酒石酸钠为17.0~20.0g/L/Pb2+浓度为0.30~0.50g/L,pH值为13.0~13.5,温度为89~92℃时,化学镀层及稳定性最好。
In this paper,the coating method is used for electroless nickel plating of TiH2 powder,and the effects of pH value,reaction temperature,mass concentration of hydrazine and mass concentration of nickel sulfate on the results of electroless plating are analyzed.The results show that NiSO4·6H2O is 17.5~19.5g/L,hydrazine is 75~150ml/L,sodium tartrate is 17.0~20.0g/L,Pb2+concentration is 0.30~0.50g/L,pH value is 13.0~13.5.When the temperature is 89~92℃,the electroless plating and stability are the best.
