A Brief Talk on the Design Development Process of Whole Vehicle Products in Automobile Industry

IATF 16949质量管理体系标准对汽车行业产品设计和开发主要有7个要求:设计和开发策划、设计和开发输入、设计和开发输出、设计和开发评审、设计和开发验证、设计和开发确认、设计和开发更改的控制,为了达到这些要求各汽车企业都输出自己的管理体系程序文件及相关管理办法、管理流程从而起到管理的标准化、通用化。各个汽车厂家、公司根据自己企业的性质管理流程又有所差异,本论文主要简述汽车行业整车产品设计开发的主要流程及各阶段工作内容。

IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System Standard has seven requirements for product design and development in automobile industry:Design and development planning,Design and development input,Design and development output,Design and development Review,Design and development Verification,Design and development validation,Control of design and development changes,Design and development,In order to meet these requirements,all automobile enterprises export their own management methods and management processes.so as to standardize and universalize management.Different automobile manufacturers and companies have different management processes according to the nature of their own enterprises.This paper mainly describes the main process of vehicle product design and development in the automotive industry and the work content of each stage.
