摘要
针对中国大学生方程式大赛的参赛赛车,为了实时监测赛车跑动数据,设计了一种基于 LabVIEW 的车辆无线采集系统,以便于为对赛车后期的参数优化提供数据。该系统采用 STM32 作为主控芯片,采用 AS61-T30 无线传输模块、使用 LabVIEW 搭建上位机数据采集、分析框架,对赛车相关数据进行实时采集。调试及测试结果表明:该系统运行可靠,数据采集及时、准确,实现了赛车在行进中动态数据监控与分析,同时解决了传统数据采集模块布线困难、装机复杂等问题,具有一定的实用性、可推广性。
In order to monitor the running data of the racing cars in the formula university race in China in real time, a vehicle wireless acquisition system based on LabVIEW was designed to provide data for the parameter optimization of the racing cars in the later stage. The system adopts STM32 as the main control chip, and AS61-t30 as wireless transmission module, and LABVIEW to build the data collection and analysis framework of the upper computer, to conduct real-time collection of racing-related data. The results of debugging and testing show that the system runs reliably, the data collection is timely and accurate, the dynamic data monitoring and analysis of the racing car is realized, and the problems such as the wiring difficulty and the complex installation of the traditional data collection module are solved.
