基于AMESim的变速器齿轮搅油损失仿真分析

摘要 以某变速器二级斜齿轮传动系为研究对象,阐述了齿轮搅油损失理论、齿轮齿面及侧面的对流换热系数的计算过程。利用AMESim软件进行相关模型搭建,基于齿轮传动系统的受力情况、热量交换情况,在WLTC工况下对大齿轮在不同浸油深度下的搅油损失进行了模拟仿真,得到了搅油损失功率及温升曲线随时间变化的规律。 Taking the secondary helical gear train of a transmission as the research object,the theory of gear oil loss and the calculation process of the convection heat transfer coefficients of the gear tooth surface and the side are explained.Using AMESim software to build relevant models,based on the force and heat exchange conditions of the gear transmission system,under the WLTC operating conditions,the gear oil was simulated under different oil immersion depths.And the law of temperature rise curve with time.
