摘要
轻型卡车翻转机构一般采用单扭杆结构实现车身的翻转。针对单扭杆翻转机构螺栓断裂问题,本文对轻卡车身前悬右支座结构受力进行分析并判断失效原因。同时对其结构进行优化,通过HYPERWORKS软件与理论分析结合的方法对优化前后车身前悬置翻转机构支座以及紧固件进行仿真分析,最后通过台架试验与可靠性路试对优化结构进行了验证。
Light trucks tilting mechanismsgenerally use a single torsion bar structure to achieve cabtilting,This article analyzes the force of right support ofthe front suspension of the light truck cab and determines the cause of failure and optimize the structure.Through the combination of HYPERWORKS software and theoretical analysis,the right support of the front suspension tilting mechanism of the light truck cab and the bolts were simulated.Finally,the optimized structure was verified by bench tests and reliability road tests.
