摘要
针对某汽车横梁零件,设计了变强度热成形工艺方案并确定了相关工艺参数。通过有限元仿真的方法,对零件成形性、微观组织、力学性能和回弹量进行了预测,结果表明:该汽车横梁变强度热成形零件成形性好,无开裂起皱风险;零件硬区组织以马氏体为主,抗拉强度高于1500 Mpa;软区组织以贝氏体为主,抗拉强度约为750 Mpa;过渡区宽度为14 mm^16 mm;回弹量最大回弹量为3.0 mm,该零件回弹量结果可用于指导后续的模具回弹补偿。
The hot forming process and parameters for automobile beam with variable strength are designed in this paper.Through simulation,the formability,microstructure,mechanical properties and spring back are predicted.The results show that there is no crack or wrinkle and the formability of this beam’s hot forming is good;martensite is predominate and the tensile strength is higher than 1500 Mpa in hard zone;in soft zone,bainite dominates and the tensile strength is about 750 Mpa;the transition zone is about 14-16mm;the spring back is about 3.0mm and simulation results can be used in subse-quent die compensation.
