高职院校汽车专业建设适应新能源汽车产业发展研究

The Construction of Automobile Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges to Adapt to the Development of New Energy Automobile Industry

结合当下项目核心概念界定、新能源汽车技术人才需求为主要依据,首先分析了新能源汽车需要更多从业人员、新能源汽车是未来研究方向,其次从实现新能源汽车战略发展需求统筹兼顾、培养产业集群人才、搭建教学平台实现资源共享、高职院校人才培养模式、企业人才培养形式、致力于打造新能源千亿产业链这几方面进行深入探讨和分析,其目的在于提升高职院校汽车专业教学效果,培养出更多人才,旨在为相关研究提供参考资料。

Based on the definition of the core concept of the current project and the demand of new energy automobile technology talents,this paper firstly analyzes that new energy automobile needs more employees and new energy automobile is the future research direction.Secondly,it aims to improve the teaching effect of automobile specialty in higher vocational colleges and train more talents to provide reference materials for Customs.
