基于实习管理平台下的职业院校顶岗实习精细化管理探究

Research on the Fine Management of Post Practice in Vocational Colleges Based on the Practice Management Platform

顶岗实习是职业院校人才培养方案中的重要环节,对学生的发展起着重要的作用。但顶岗实习中的诸多客观原因,导致了以往“放羊式”的粗放型管理,使实习活动出现了“学生监管困难、考核评价失真、安全事故频发”等严重的问题。文章主要围绕借用实习管理平台这个工具来对顶岗实习全过程开展精细化管理进行探究,阐述了实习管理平台在顶岗实习管理过程中发挥的重要作用,为顶岗实习精细化管理的顺利实施提供着有力支持。

Post practice is an important link in the talent training program of vocational colleges and plays an important role in the development of students.But many objective reasons in the practice of taking post lead to the extensive management of"sheep-herding"in the past,which caused the serious problems such as"the difficulty of supervising students,the distortion of assessment and evaluation,the frequent occurrence of safety accidents".This paper mainly focuses on the use of internship management platform as a tool to explore the whole process of on-the-job internship fine management,expounding the important role played by the internship management platform in the process of on-the-job internship management,it provides strong support for the smooth implementation of fine management of post practice.
