Automobile industry is the base of national industry.Automobile product development is a huge system development management work,which involves wide technical departments,and requires large members.Currently,automobile industry enterprises are explosive growth in worldwide.In the automobile enterprises,they have their own development management process,and management organization structure.But,in the case of automobile industry globalization and technical management integration,this huge development management system is improved gradually,and the special process system and management organization structure fulfilled with every special development status is also set up at the same time.Focus on the development characteristic of a domestic automobile industry,this article explained the development management organization structure of product line manager system applied in one model development process.In the meanwhile of research on automobile industry project management method,it also provided a good reference for industry in development management process.
