汉语应用能力危机与母语传承的语言生态伦理分析

An Linguistic Eco-ethics Analysis on the Crisis of Mother Tongue Application and Inheritance

高端媒体与官方文件的语言失范现象频现、广大母语者语言应用能力明显不足而且对母语文化认同感偏低等现象表明,国人汉语应用能力和母语传承方面存在突出危机;而从语言生态伦理视角则可发现,此乃广大母语者语言生态伦理自律意识薄弱、语言生态伦理自律能力欠缺的必然结果。在借鉴相关研究成果的基础上,深入探讨语言生态伦理建设实践基点、路径与策略,从观念变革与技术操作两个层面提出相应措施,以期化解汉语应用能力危机,促进母语生态健康发展,从而服务于国家语言能力建设。

The erroneous and nonstandard use of language in authoritative media and official documents,the incompetence of native speakers in language application,and the weak sense of identity to native language culture show that there exist crises in application ability of the Chinese language inheritance of native language.From the perspective of linguistic eco-ethics,this results from the weak sense and ability of self-discipline of native speakers in tems of lingustic eco ethics.On the basis of relative studies,this paper discusses the practical base points,path and strategies of the construction of linguistic eco-ethics,in order to defuse the crisis of mother tongue application and to improve the ecological regime of mother tongue application.
