“潜夫”之论:东汉王符的政治传播思想研究

王符是东汉中后期社会政治批判思潮开风气之先者。在《潜夫论》中,王符对东汉的吏治、社会风气及政治传播失灵现象有着深刻的洞察与尖锐的批评。王符对如何加强君臣之间以及朝廷和民间的政治沟通,如何克服政治传播中的信息壅塞及信息扭曲以及如何对民众实施政治教化等问题都提出了一系列主张。从王符对东汉政治传播失灵的批判,王符“宣之使言”的言论观及其对道德教化的推崇来看,王符的政治传播思想在当时是非常新锐的。但王符希望通过“圣君贤臣”的榜样示范,用儒家的“恕、平、恭、守”来规范人际交往,以“道德教化”来改良浇薄的社会风气,也具有一定的理想化色彩和时代局限性。

.Wane Fu was the forenuner of the trend of social and political criticism in the middlle and late Eastern Han Dynastv.In his work Qianfu Lun,Wang Fu shows profound insight and makes sharp criticism on the official rule,social atmosphere and the failure of political communication in the Eastem Han Dvnasty.Wang Fu puts forward a series of propositions on how to strengthen political compunication between monarchs and ministers,between the court and the people,how to overcome the inforation congestion and distortion in political communication,and how to implement political enlightenment to the people.From Wang Fu's criticism of the failure of political communication in the Eastern Han Dvnasty,Wang Fu's view of speech and his praise of moral education.Wang Fu's thought of political communication was very cutting-edge at that time.Wang Fu hopes to use the Confucian"Forgiveness,Peace,Respect and Observance"to regulate interpersonal communication,and"moral education"to improve the diluted social atmospbere,which also has certain idealistic color and limitations of the times.
