摘要
在缺少可参考性工业化实践的前提下,针对某铜业公司在以"TX药剂+尿素"作为吸收液的低温湿法脱硝系统实践运行中出现的脱硝效果下降、循环泵管线破裂以及塔内填料层堵塞等问题,提出在脱硝塔烟道入口处增设捕水装置、将循环泵管线的PVC管换成304不锈钢材质、将聚酯塑料填料层更换成海尔环、在系统中增加1台板框压滤机等一系列优化改造措施。优化改造后,解决了上述问题,提高了脱硝效率,减少了脱硝药剂的用量,保证了脱硝系统的稳定运行,降低了生产成本和工人劳动强度。
Under the premise of lack of referential industrial practice,aiming at the problems such as the reduction of denitrification effect,the pipeline break of circulating pump,and the blockage of packing layer in the tower in the operation of low temperature wet denitrification system with "TX reagent + urea"as absorption liquid in a copper company,a series of optimization measures were proposed,such as adding water catching device at the flue entrance of denitrification tower,replacing PVC pipe of circulating pump pipeline with 304 stainless steel,replacing polyester plastic packing layer with Heilex Packing,and adding a plate and frame filter press in the system. After the optimization and transformation,the above problems were solved,the denitrification efficiency was improved,the amount of denitrification reagent was reduced,the stable operation of the denitrification system was ensured,the production cost were reduced,and the labor intensity of the workers were reduced.
