摘要
基于石灰石/石膏湿法脱硫工艺的原理和系统构成,从工艺流程、脱硫废水的处理、pH和石膏品质的控制、工艺优缺点、生产成本及经济效益等方面分析了其在某电解铝厂新建项目和技改项目中的应用。实践结果证明,脱硫工艺经济效益和环保效益显著,脱硫效率达到了95%以上,SO2达到了35 mg/m3的超低排放水平,符合国家环保要求,降低了SO2环保税缴纳费用;而且可以使用硫含量相对较高、价格相对便宜的阳极炭块,进一步降低了生产成本。
Based on the principle and system composition of the limestone/gypsum wet desulfurization process,its application in new projects and technical transformation projects in an electrolytic aluminum factory was analyzed from the process,the treatment of desulfurization wastewater,the control of pH and gypsum quality,the advantages and disadvantages of process,production cost and economic benefit. The practical results had shown that economic and environmental benefits of desulfurization process were significant,the desulfurization efficiency had reached more than 95%,and SO2 had reached an ultralow emission level of 35 mg/m3,with meeting the national environmental requirements,and the environmental tax of SO2 was reduced;and the anode carbon block with higher sulfur content and lower cost could be used,which reduced the production cost further.
