摘要
就某冶炼厂10 t通用桥式起重机在主梁与端梁连接部位补强板和主梁下盖板出现的裂纹,通过研究裂纹区域的材质和起重机使用工况,分析产生裂纹的原因,并提出了焊接修复的方法。修复报告显示,2处焊缝修复后经检验未发现超标缺陷,修复成功。
Based on the cracks of the reinforcement plate at the connection of the main girder and the end girder,and the cover plate under the main girder of the universal bridge crane with 10 t in a smelter,causes of the cracks were analyzed by studying the materials of the crack region and the operating conditions of the crane,and the method of welding repair was proposed. The repair report had shown that no defects of over standard were found after welds were repaired,so the repair was successful.
