摘要
提高电网电压无功控制系统的工作有效率是提升电压质量的一个有效手段。实际运行中,电压无功控制系统的工作有效率会因为调压设备闭锁和调压策略不当等原因而降低。为了解决这一问题,以上海市区电网为研究对象,基于对实际运行状况的调研和对系统结构与工作原理的分析,应用故障树分析方法,逐级分析得出影响系统工作有效率的主要因素,并提出了解决对策和措施。实施结果表明:这些改进和巩固措施显著提高了电网电压无功控制系统工作有效率。
Improving the working efficiency of the voltage control system is an effective measure to ensure the voltage quality.In practice,shutting of voltage-regulating equipment and improper regulating strategy represent two main causes which degrade the working efficiency of the control system.In this paper,focusing on the power grid of Shanghai urban district,the bottom factors affecting the working efficiency of the system were investigated by the principle of fault tree analysis as well as the actual operation events,and the improvement strategies were conducted for the major faults related to the degradation of the system working efficiency.With these improvement strategies being put into use,the working efficiency of the automatic voltage control system was proved to be remarkably enhanced.
