身心灵全人健康理论对新冠疫情防控中健康社会工作实务的启示

Health Social Work Practice with Covid-19:An Integrative Bodymind-spirit Approach

2020年初,新型冠状肺炎病毒肆虐中国。在疫情防控工作中,社会工作者发挥专业特长为病患和大众赋权增能。通过系统介绍身心灵全人健康理论的内涵,并结合具体的疫情防控工作着重探讨了健康社会工作及其分支的实务侧重。健康社会工作在身心灵全人健康理论指导下,促进身心灵平衡互动、实现人与环境和谐相处。它除了协助服务对象促进身体运动和认知调整外,还要协助他们阐释生老病死、解读得失苦乐、参悟生命意义、培养利他精神,实现个体灵性成长,提升全人健康水平。未来,健康社会工作应普及身心灵全人健康服务理念,实现跨专业学科建设并培养高质量服务人才,发展顺应网络时代的干预策略,完善专业服务体系,为健康中国战略做出贡献。

At the beginning of 2020,the COVID-19 outbreak hit China.In the epidemic prevention and control work,social workers exert their professional expertise to empower patients and the public.By systematically introducing the connotation of the health theory of body-mind-spirit holistic wellbeing,combined with the specific epidemic prevention and control work,this paper focuses on the practice focus of health social work and its branches.Under the guidance of the body-mind-spirit holistic wellbeing theory,health social work promotes the balanced interaction of body,mind and soul,and realizes the harmonious coexistence between humans and the environment.In addition to assisting the client to promote physical movement and cognitive adjustment,health social work also needs to help the client interpret birth,aging,sickness and death,interpret gains and losses,gain insight into life,cultivate altruistic spirits,achieve individual spiritual growth,and improve the holistic health of the person.In the future,health social work should popularize the approach of body-mind-spirit wellbeing,achieve the construction of interdisciplinary disciplines and cultivate high-quality professionals,develop intervention strategies that conform to the Internet era,improve professional service systems,and contribute to the strategy of Healthy China.
