村改居社区的空间重构与整合——以三里社区为研究个案

The Spatial Reconstruction and Integration of the Village Community:Taking Sanli Community as a Case Study

传统乡土性的公共空间凝聚着村民共同的情感和群体记忆,其在推动社区整合方面发挥着不可替代的作用。城市化进程中“撤村建居”政策的实施解构了村落传统的公共空间,新社区的公共空间因功能弱化、缺失而难以有效发挥作用,社区整合面临前所未有的挑战。村改居社区基于农村社区的传统重构了“内生型”的菜园子与“外塑型”的菜市场这些物质性的公共空间,并从中发展出以“菜园子文化”、“种子交情”和“菜市场合作”为联系纽带的公共性交往方式,有效推进了社区整合。因此,村改居社区的整合路径不能简单、片面地停留在城市化发展中,而要综合考虑其根源、性质与特征,遵循其由农村社区到城市社区的自然过渡逻辑,适当地从其初始形态中找寻整合动力。

The traditional local public space embodies the common emotions and group memories of villagers,and it plays an irreplaceable role in promoting community integration.The implementation of the policy of“removing villages and building residences”in the process of urbanization has deconstructed the village’s traditional public space.The new community’s public space is difficult to function effectively due to weakening and missing,and the community integration faces unprecedented challenges.The village-to-residence community has restructured the material public spaces of“endogenous”vegetable gardens and“exogenous”vegetable markets based on the traditions of rural communities,and has developed“vegetable garden culture”,“seed friendship”and the“vegetable market cooperation”as public communication methods for connecting ties,effectively promoting community integration.Therefore,the integration path of the villageto-residence community cannot be simple and one-sided in the development of urbanization,but its roots,nature,and characteristics must be comprehensively considered,following its natural transition logic from rural to urban communities,and properly seeking integration power from its initial form.
