新型冠状病毒肺炎临床及影像学研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 由新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)引起的新型冠状病毒肺炎因其强传染性而大范围的传播和流行,引起了世界各国的高度关注。逆转录聚合酶链反应(reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR)或/和“下一代”测序技术("next-generation"sequencing technology,NGS)是诊断新型冠状病毒肺炎的金标准,胸部影像学检查则用于交叉验证,目前主要采用CT和DR。其中胸部CT检查因其密度分辨率和空间分辨率均高,强烈推荐作为新型冠状病毒肺炎首选的影像学检查方法,在新型冠状病毒肺炎早期、进展期和吸收期不同病程阶段中具有不同的CT影像学表现,以肺外带/胸膜下为主,散在分布大小片状磨玻璃影(ground-glass opacity,GGO)及肺实变为其特征性改变。CT检查在诊断尤其在核酸检测阴性的病例中的筛查及疗效评价都有重要价值。 A new type of infectious coronavirus pneumonia 2019(COVID-19)which caused by 2019-nCoV causes a wide range of spread.Now COVID-19 has attracted worldwide attention.Reverse tyranscription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)or/and"next-generation"sequencing technology(NGS)are the gold standards for the diagnosis of COVID-19,and chest imaging examination is used for crossvalidation.Currently,CT and DR are mainly used.The chest CT examination is highly recommended as COVID-19 preferred imaging examination method because of its high density resolution and spatial resolution.There were different CT findings in different stages of COVID-19,including early stage,progression stage and absorption stage.It was characterized by the distribution of patchy ground-glass opacity(GGO)and lung consolidation.CT examination plays an important role in diagnosis,especially in screening and efficacy evaluation of nucleic acid negative cases.
