Research advances on relationship between paternal prenatal depression and postpartum adverse outcomes

父亲产前抑郁情况日益受到关注,并且父亲产前抑郁可影响产后不良结局的发生,包括父母的产后抑郁以及新生儿的出生结局和生长发育等。本文阐述父亲产前抑郁与不良产后结局之间的关系及潜在机制的研究进展,以期为围生期的保健政策提供改进措施,进一步改善孕妇及后代的健康。

Paternal prenatal depression is receiving increasing attention;moreover,it can also affect the occurrence of postpartum adverse outcomes,including paternal or maternal postpartum depression as well as neonatal birth outcome,growth and development.In this paper,we review the relationship between paternal prenatal depression and adverse postpartum outcome as well as research progress of its potential mechanism so as to provide improved measures for perinatal health policy and further improve the health status of pregnant women and their offspring.
