基于WebGIS的降水信息系统的设计与实现

摘要 阜新市地处辽西北地区,属于季风区,降雨主要集中在夏天的6、7、8月,因此在每年的雨季容易由强降雨而导致洪涝灾害,为了更好的科学的预防洪涝灾害,合理配置现有水利硬件设施,有效保障人民群众的人身财产安全,由此即时获取统计降雨量信息并进行分析特别必要且是重要的.通过统计研究降雨量信息,我们还可以得到相应的降雨分布规律,为阜新经济社会发展提供科学的决策保障。本文采用WebGIS的B/S结构,以阜新市各雨量监测站雨情数据为研究对象,采用PostgreSQL数据库进行数据存储,利用Go语言采取beego框架在VS Code、ArcGIS Server平台下实现系统后端开发开发,利用javascript语言、Html结合CSS样式实现了前端布局开发;在阐述对比了几种空间降水插值法后选择符合阜新实际情况的IDW方法,在处理了阜新地区地图数据的基础上,在ArcMap中构建其分析模型,利用GP分析发布和调用实现对降雨数据的分析。 Fuxin is located in the northwest of Liaoning Province,belongs to the monsoon area,and rainfall is mainly concentrated in June,July and August.The rainfall easily leads to floods in rainy season.In order to prevent floods better and scientifically,It is necessary and important to configure the existing water conservancy hardware facilities to effectively protect the personal and property safety of the masses and to obtain the statistical rainfall information and analyze it immediately.And through the statistical study of rainfall information,we can get the corresponding rainfall distribution law,for the Fuxin economic and social development to provide scientific decision-making protection.In this paper,the B/S structure of WebGIS is used to study the rain data of various rainfall monitoring stations in Fuxin City.The PostgreSQL database is used for data storage.The Beego framework is adopted in Go language to develop and develop the back-end of the system under VS Code and ArcGIS Server.The use of javascript language,Html combined with CSS style to achieve the front-end layout development;in contrast to the comparison of several spatial precipitation interpolation method to meet the actual situation of Fuxin IDW method,in dealing with the Fuxin map data based on the ArcMap to build its Analysis of the model,the use of GP analysis release and call to achieve the analysis of rainfall data.
