摘要
对某饲料厂配料系统中的数据采集模块进行设计,分析数据采集过程中误差产生的原因和影响控制精度的因素,选用OP07运算放大器和模拟数字转换器MAX111实现数据采集,并完成数据采集硬件电路设计与采集软件设计,满足控制系统精度与稳定性要求。
This paper designs the data collection module in the batching system of a feed factory,analyzes the causes of errors in the data collection process and the factors that affect the control accuracy,selects OP07 operational amplifier and analog-to-digital converter MAX111 for data collection,and completes the design of data collection hardware circuit and acquisition software,meeting the requirements of control system accuracy and stability.
