摘要
在特高压配套通信工程中,中继站通信电源承载着多级骨干传输网通信设备、保护接口装置等负荷,是电力系统继电保护及安自装置安全稳定运行的基础,可靠性要求极高。为了不影响现有设备的正常运行,介绍特高压中继站通信电源系统结构和存在的问题,提出了一种通信电源不停电改造方案,重点阐述改造方案的要点和优势。最后,以实际工程验证了方案的有效性,可推广至相似通信电源改造工程。
In UHV optical fiber communication engineering,the load of relay station communication power supply are many multi-level backbone transmission network communication equipment and relay protection interface unit.The communication power supply is base of power system relay protection and security protection operation safely.In order not to affect the normal operation existing equipment,introduced the system structure and existing problems of the uhv relay station communication power supply.This paper put forward a kind of communication power supply reconstruction scheme without power cut,the key points and advantages are analyzed.The effectiveness of the scheme is verified by a practical engineering.This scheme can be extended to similar communication power supply reconstruction project.
