摘要 "调控一体化"的建设推广对变电站告警信息的上送质量提出了较高要求。告警信息规范化是"一体化"建设的关键一环,具有繁复性和专业性特点。根据问题的特点,将自然语言处理、机器学习等技术引入系统设计,基于Python语言开发了一套高效易用的变电站告警信息规范工具,显著提高了梳理工作的效率和准确性,也为智能电网中告警信息智能化识别、处理、优化等功能模块提供了经验依据。 With the construction and popularization of“Integrated Dispatch and Conctrol”,higher quality of alarm information from substations is required.Standardization of alarm information is critical for integration of dispatch and control,this job is complex and tedious for human,in addition,it needs professional knowledge of power grid.In this paper,natural language processing,machine learning and other technologies are embeded into the system design.Based on Python language,an efficient and easy-to-use standardization tool for substation alarm information is developed,which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of standardization.It also provides experience for identification,processing and optimization of alarm information in smart grid.
