摘要
卓越绩效管理模式是一种系统化组织综合绩效管理的方法。通过分析当前基层组织卓越绩效管理活动存在的四大问题,从原则、来源、方法、实践等四个维度,提出了“12345岗位改善工作法”,力求为各基层组织提供一种有效的卓越绩效管理工具。
The mode of excellence performance management is a method of systematic organization comprehensive performance management.By analyzing the four major problems existing in the excellence performance management activities of grassroots organizations at present,this paper puts forward the"12345 post improvement work method"from the four dimensions of principle,source,method and practice,so as to provide an effective excellence performance management tool for all grassroots organizations.
