摘要 信函管理贯穿于技术服务项目始终,是服务于项目参建各方,进行商务接洽、工作联系、澄清、咨询、设计变更、文件传递等推进项目进程的项目文档管理工作之一,其重要性不言而喻。论文通过开展经验反馈活动对信函管理过程中发生的偏差事件进行分析总结,不断改进工作方法和管理手段,以提高工作质量和信函管理水平,真正为项目管理顺利实施保驾护航。 Letter management runs through the whole process of technical service projects.It is one of the project document management work that serves all parties involved in the project construction and promotes the project process,such as business contact,work contact,clarification,consultation,design change,document transmission,etc.Its importance is self-evident.This paper analyzes and summarizes the deviation events in the process of letter management through experience feedback activities,and constantly improves the working methods and management means,so as to improve the quality and level of letter mamagement work,and truly guarantee the smooth implementation of project management.
