Procurement supply chain management represents the development direction of traditional procurement management,and will lead the traditional procurement management out of difficulties,and upgrade procurement management performance to a new level.This paper aims to study the construction and operation mechanism of the procurement supply chain,so that various internal and external resources related to the procurement management process can be fully integrated and efficiently utilized,the total operation cost of the procurement supply chain can be significantly reduced,the risk of supply chain fluctuation can be effectively controlled,and the competitiveness of the whole procurement supply chain can be significantly improved.
