关于半潜式平台水下防喷器及控制系统的探讨

摘要 海上钻井不仅环境独立,而且风险较高。为了保证海上钻井工作顺利实施,要做好基础设备的分析工作,应该使用可靠性高的井控装置,所以半潜式平台水下防喷器应运而生。该防喷器的控制系统通过光纤进行传输,待信号至防喷器后,通过水下电气总成转化为电信号,再通过电磁将电信号转化为液压信号,全面提高系统的稳定性和可操作性。论文主要对半潜式平台水下防喷器控制系统的组成进行探究,以期帮助技术人员更好地了解钻井井控设备。 Offshore drilling is not only environment independent,but also high risk.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of offshore drilling work,to do a good job in the analysis work of basic equipment,we should use well control devices with high reliability,so the subsea blowout preventer of semi-submersible platform came into being.The control system of the blowout preventer is transmitted by optical fiber.After the signal is sent to the blowout preventer,it is transformed into electrical signal by underwater electrical assembly,and then into hydraulic signal by electromagnetic,so as to comprehensively improve the stability and operability of the system.This paper mainly discusses the composition of the control system of the subsea blowout preventer of semi-submersible platform,so as to help technicians better understand the control equipment of drilling well.
