摘要
在现有的啤酒厂清洗方式中,CIP是应用最多、使用范围最为广泛的一种清洗方式。但CIP系统所面临的挑战有很多,主要是清洗质量、清洗效率和清洗成本等问题,论文主要对酿造车间的CIP系统设计以及清洗技术进行分析。
CIP is the most widely used cleaning method among the existing cleaning methods of brewery.However,there are many challenges faced by CIP system,including cleaning quality,cleaning efficiency,cleaning cost and other problems.This paper mainly analyzes the CIP system design and cleaning technology of the brewing workshop.
