摘要
研究目的:本文综合考虑组合工字形梁腹板褶皱效应、剪滞翘曲应力自平衡条件,以及铁木辛柯剪切变形等因素,研究中设置2个不同的剪滞纵向翘曲位移差函数,且以能量变分原理为基础建立工字形梁弹性控制微分方程和自然边界条件,进而开展工字形梁力学特性分析,研究获得组合工字形梁竖向弯曲力学性能的精细化分析方法。研究结论:(1)褶皱效应对工字形梁上翼板影响相对较小,而对下翼板影响较大,并且组合工字形梁剪力滞后效应突出,但均布荷载相对较小,而集中荷载剪力滞效应更加显著;(2)本文方法与传统组合结构分析理论相比较,结果显示本文理论计算精度明显提高;(3)本文方法是对现行组合结构分析理论的丰富和发展,对该类结构设计具有一定的指导作用。
Research purposes:In consideration of the accordion effect,the self-stress equilibrium for the shear lag warping stress,the shear deformation and other factors,two longitudinal displacement difference functions are employed to accurately describe the variation of shear lag inⅠ-beams with different widths of wing slabs.And based on energy-variation principle,the differential equations and the corresponding natural boundary conditions of theⅠ-beam with corrugated steel webs are induced.Then,the mechanical properties of composite I-beams are studied,and the refined analysis method of vertical bending mechanical properties ofⅠ-beams is expected.Research conclusions:(1)The accordion effect on the upper flange ofⅠ-shaped beams is relatively small,but on the lower flange is relatively large,the accordion effect on the flange stress is more uniform under uniform load.And the shear lag effect of compositeⅠ-shaped beam is obvious,while the shear lag effect is more prominent under concentrated load.(2)Compared with the traditional theory of composite structures,the results show that the accuracy of this method is obviously improved.(3)This method enriches and develops the existing analysis theory of composite structures,and the research results in this paper have some guiding significance for the design of compositeⅠ-beams.
