四种不同品种灵芝的质量研究

Study on the Quality of Four Different Varieties of Ganoderma Lucidum

目的对灵芝药材的道地产区安徽大别山的松杉灵芝、密纹灵芝,山东和东北两大人工栽培灵芝主要产区的山东紫芝、东北赤芝4种不同品种灵芝的质量进行比较。方法索氏提取法提取灵芝多糖,利用蒽酮-硫酸法测定多糖含量并进行方法学考察;HPLC法测定灵芝酸类成分指纹图谱,对4种品种灵芝的多糖含量和灵芝酸类成分指纹图谱进行比较。结果灵芝药材道地产区安徽大别山的松杉灵芝的灵芝多糖含量最高,含量为16.37 mg/g;各产地灵芝灵芝酸类成分指纹图谱具有明显差异。结论由于地理气候条件等因素的影响,各品种灵芝质量存在差异,该实验结果可为灵芝原料的采购提供可靠的理论依据。

Objective The quality of ganoderma lucidum and ganoderma lucidum of pine and cedar in Dabie mountain of Anhui province,Shandong and Northeast China were compared.Methods Polysaccharides from ganoderma lucidum were extracted by soxhlet extraction method.HPLC method was used to determine the fingerprints of ganoderma lucidum acids.The polysaccharide contents and fingerprints of ganoderma lucidum acids of four varieties of ganoderma lucidum were compared.Results The ganoderma lucidum from the authentic production areas of ganoderma lucidum has the highest content of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide16.37 mg/g.The fingerprints of ganoderma lucidum acid components from different producing areas showed significant differences.Conclusion Due to the influence of geographical and climatic conditions and many other factors,the quality of various varieties of ganoderma lucidum is different.The experimental results can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the procurement of ganoderma lucidum raw materials.
