Indifferent bystander behavior is a major problem that society needs to solve urgently.It reflects many moral issues:the alienation of human nature,the lack of awareness of subject responsibility and the alienation of social moral relations.This phenomenon makes the moral construction of citizens in an awkward situation.Based on this,its cause is analyzed from the constraints of the social environment and the lack of individual morality.The transformation of moral bystanders to actors is promoted by grasping the laws of civic moral education,expanding the field of civic moral education and playing a model role of key objects.
