特岗英语教师的专业发展问题与对策

摘要 经济发展的不均衡凸显了我国中西部地区农村英语教育的贫乏与薄弱,师资的差异是关键因素。经济落后的农村地区英语教师在数量上严重不足、结构不合理、教学任务重、专业素质存在较大个体差异等,这些问题导致了其英语教学质量难以提高。特岗政策有效弥补了这些不足。但是特岗英语教师的专业发展水平受特岗政策制定、保障和实施的影响,加之行政部门支持力度不够,其专业发展主动性不强。因此要健全特岗政策,完善特岗英语教师在职培训制度,提高特岗英语教师专业发展的主动性,最终提高特岗英语教师队伍的整体素质。 The imbalance of economic development highlights the poverty and weakness of rural English education in the central and western regions of China,and the difference of teachers is the key factor.The number of English teachers in poor rural areas is seriously insufficient,the structure of English teachers is unreasonable,their teaching tasks are so many,and their professional quality is quite different.These problems make it difficult to improve the quality of English teaching.The special post policy effectively compensates for these shortcomings.However,the professional development level of English teachers in special post is influenced by the policy formulation,guarantee and implementation of special post.The support of administrative departments is not enough.The initiative of professional development is not strong.Therefore,we should perfect the special post policy,perfect their on-the-job training system,improve their initiative of professional development,and finally improve their overall quality.
