摘要 基于网络教学平台的便捷性,有机融合传统教学和网络教学,这种混合式教学模式体现在课前、课中、课后的课程教学中,对学生的自主学习、师生课堂互动、学生综合素质的培养都具有积极意义,针对“粮油食品加工技术”课程提出网络教学和课堂教学相融合的教学模式改革。 Based on the convenience of network teaching platform,the traditional teaching and network teaching are organically integrated.This mixed teaching mode is embodied in the pre-class,in-class and after-class teaching,having positive significance for students’self-learning,teacher-student interaction in class and the cultivation of students’comprehensive quality.This paper aims at the teaching mode reform of the integration of network teaching and classroom teaching for the course of“Grain,Oil and Food Processing Technology”.
