农民合作社扶贫效果满意度分析——以新疆和布克赛尔县为例

Analysis on the Satisfaction Degree of Farmer Cooperatives'Poverty Alleviation Effect--A Case Study of Hoboksar County of Xinjiang

农民合作社作为一个具有天然益贫性的组织,对于精准扶贫有着积极的影响以及深远的意义。以新疆和布克赛尔县为例,基于Logistic二元回归模型,围绕贫困户对农民合作社扶贫效果的满意度开展系统分析;指出了年龄与农民合作社扶贫效果满意度存在显著的正相关关系,而文化程度、劳动力数量以及关于合作社政策的知晓程度等与农民合作社扶贫效果满意度存在负相关关系。在此基础上,从促进农民合作社特色产业发展、提高贫困户综合素质水平、强化大户带动模式、加大政策宣传力度等方面提出了提升贫困户对农民合作社扶贫效果满意度的相关对策建议。

As a natural poverty-relief organization,farmer cooperatives have a positive impact and far-reaching significance on targeted poverty alleviation.Taking Hoboksar county of Xinjiang as an example,based on the Logistic binary regression model,a systematic analysis was conducted on the satisfaction of poor households with the poverty alleviation effect of farmer cooperatives.It was pointed out that there was a significant positive correlation between age and the satisfaction of poverty alleviation effect of farmer cooperatives,while there was a negative correlation between the education level,the number of labor force,the awareness degree of cooperative policies and the satisfaction of the poverty alleviation effect of farmer cooperatives.On this basis,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the satisfaction degree of poverty households with the poverty alleviation effect of farmer cooperatives from the aspects of promoting the development of farmer cooperatives'characteristic industries,enhancing the comprehensive quality level of poor households,strengthening the leading mode of large households,and intensifying policy publicity.
