摘要
随着人们经济水平和消费需求的提高,美食作为旅游目的地的旅游资源和旅游吸引物之一,对游客的吸引力逐渐增强,受到了游客的青睐,美食旅游逐渐发展为旅游业中的一种重要类型。以新疆维吾尔自治区奇台县江布拉克景区为例,通过问卷调查法对游客进行特色美食感知度的调查与研究,探析奇台特色美食旅游资源的现状,并指出存在的问题和不足。在此基础上,结合调研分析及相关理论,从加大宣传力度,多方位展示山奇台特色美食;利用智慧旅游建立美食平台;重视美食、美景、美文化的结合;加大奇台特色美食旅游的开发力度等方面,提出发展奇台特色美食旅游的建议。
With the improvement of people's economic level and consumption demand,gastronomic food,as one of the tourism resources and attractions of tourism destination,has gradually become more and more attractive to tourists,and is favored by tourists.Food tourism has gradually developed into an important type of tourism.Taking Jiangbulak scenic spot in Qitai county of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an example,a survey and research on tourists'perception of special food was made by means of questionnaire,the status quo of tourism resources of special food in Qitai was analyzed,and the existing problems and deficiencies were found out.On this basis,combined with the research and analysis and related theories,suggestions on the development of Qitai featured food tourism were put forward from the aspects of strengthening publicity,multi-faceted display of mountain and Qitai featured food;building a food platform by using intelligent tourism;attaching importance to the combination of food,beautiful scenery and beautiful culture;and increasing the development of Qitai featured food tourism and so on.
