论高职院校网上办事大厅构建

Talk about Online Business Hall Building in Higher Vocational Colleges

伴随高职院校智慧校园建设的推进,尤其是高校最多跑一次改革的进行,网上办事大厅的建设已成为各高职院校信息化建设的重头戏。高职院校相对本科院校规模较小,但各职能部门之间的联系更加紧密,高职院校的学生对于网络新生事物更为好奇,对于网上办事的需求更为迫切。针对网上办事大厅构建过程中的重点和难点问题,提出一些见解和看法,希望对于同类省属高职院校搭建网上办事大厅提供一定的经验借鉴和参考。

With the promotion of the construction of the smart campus of higher vocational colleges,especially the reform of colleges and universities,the construction of the online service hall has become an important part of the information construction of higher vocational colleges and universities.Compared with undergraduate colleges,higher vocational colleges are smaller in scale,but the relationship between functional departments is closer.Students in higher vocational colleges are more curious about new things on the Internet and have more urgent de⁃mands for online services.In view of the key and difficult problems in the construction of online service hall,this paper puts forward some opinions and opinions,hoping to provide some experience and reference for constructing online service hall in similar provincial higher vo⁃cational colleges.
