试论中印复合信任关系的建构

The Construction of Sino-Indian Compound Trust Relationship

中印关系的重要性为人所共知,信任缺失是中印关系中最棘手的问题。尽管中印在缺少信任或维持较低程度信任的基础上仍然能够合作,但是这种合作存在很多不确定性和脆弱性。中印信任关系的建构与维持是一个亟待解决的战略性议题,中印信任问题的研究需要引入一些新思维、新范式。本文从社会学信任研究的相关理论入手,对构建两国的信任关系提出了若干建议。

The importance of Sino-India relation is well known to all,in which lack of mutual trust is the most intractable problem.Although China and India can cooperate on the basis of lack of trust or a low level of trust,there are many uncertainties and vulnerabilities.Thus,the construction and maintenance of trust relationship between China and India is a strategic issue to be solved urgently and requires the introduction of some new thinking and new paradigms.This paper starts with relevant theories of sociological trust research and puts forward several suggestions to the construction of Sino-Indian trust relations.
