医护一体化查房在阿尔茨海默病患者行肠内营养护理中的应用及对患者SF-36评分的影响

Application of medical and nursing integrated ward round in enteral nutrition nursing for patients with Alzheimer's disease and its influence on patients'SF-36 score

目的探讨医护一体化查房在阿尔茨海默病患者行肠内营养护理中的应用及对患者SF-36评分的影响。方法选取2016年4月~2019年2月我院收治的86例阿尔茨海默病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43)和研究组(n=43),对照组采用常规的查房的方式,研究组采用医护一体化的查房模式。比较两组的护理满意度、护理质量以及SF-36评分。结果研究组患者对护理的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者在治疗后的社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理质量明显优于对照组,研究组业务水平、护理态度、心理干预、健康宣教评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿尔茨海默病患者的在行肠内营养护理中过程中,医护一体化查房的护理效果理想,临床上应进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application of medical and nursing integrated ward round in the treatment of enteral nutrition in patients with Alzheimer's disease and its influence on SF-36 scores.Methods 86 patients with Alzheimer's disease admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group(n=43 cases)and study group(n=43 cases)according to random number table method).The control group used the conventional ward round,and the study group adopted medical and nursing integrated ward round.The nursing satisfaction,quality of care,and SF-36 scores between the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The scores of social function,physical function,role function and cognitive function in the study group were higher than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The quality of care of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the study group's business level,nursing attitude,psychological intervention,and health mission score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of enteral nutrition nursing for patients with Alzheimer's disease,the medical and nursing integration in the ward round has ideal nursing effect.It is further promote and apply.
