摘要
冰核细菌引发树木冻害,造成重大损失。树木防冻防病膜剂根据农药学原理研制而成。以菠萝泛生氏菌、丁香假单胞菌为冰核细菌代表,108杨和中辽1号杨树无性系为接种对象,农用链霉素为对比药剂,结合室内抑菌试验和田间模拟试验检验树木防冻防病膜剂效果。结果表明:树木防冻防病膜剂抑制菠萝泛生氏菌有效,抑菌效果优于农用链霉素;对菠萝泛生氏菌、丁香假单胞菌防治有效,甚至完全消除两种冰核细菌引发的108杨、中辽1号冻害,防治效率因菌种、无性系而存在一定差异。总之,树木防冻防病膜剂能够有效防治冰核细菌危害。
Ice nucleation bacteria could cause freezing damage to trees and cause heavy losses. According to the principle of agricultural pharmacy, the Anti-Freeze and Anti-Disease pellicle for trees was developed Pse udomonas syringae pv. syringae and Pantoea ananas were the representatives of ice nucleation bacteria, P.×canadensis‘Guariento’ and Populus×canadensis cv .‘ Zhongliao 1’ were inoculated, agricultural streptomycin was the contrast agent, combined with indoor bacteriostatic test and field simulation test, the effect of Anti-Freeze and Anti-Disease pellicle for trees was tested. The results show that: The Anti-Freeze and Anti-Disease pellicle for trees was effective in Pantoea ananas, the antibacterial effect was better than that of streptomycin;It was effective for the control of Pse udomonas syringae pv. syringae and Pantoea ananas, even completely eliminated the freeze damage caused by two kinds of ice nucleation bacteria. There are some differences in control efficiency due to strains and clones. In a word, the Anti-Freeze and Anti-Disease pellicle for trees could effectively prevent and control the harm of ice nucleation bacteria.
