摘要 本文在分析空气净化器驱动电机控制工作原理基础上,为降低旋转三相无刷电机启动和运行过程中对电网冲击,提出了基于动态补偿定子绕组电阻压降的新型转速估算方法,提高了转速辨识精度,减小了定子电流波动对电网扰动;同时,通过理论分析及仿真验证寻求了一种最优的PWM控制方式,实验表明,采用新型转速估计算法和PWM控制方式使得驱动电机运行平稳,改善了电网供电质量。 Based on the analysis of the working principle of the air purifier drive motor control,in order to reduce the impact on the grid during the start and operation of the rotating three-phase brushless motor,a new speed estimation method based on dynamic compensation of the stator winding resistance voltage drop was proposed to improve the speed.The identification accuracy reduced the stator current fluctuation to the grid disturbance.At the same time,an optimal PWM control method was sought through theoretical verification and simulation results.Experiments show that the new speed estimation algorithm and PWM control method make the drive motor run smoothly,improved grid power quality.
