摘要
同步电动机的最大转矩电流比控制作为一类矢量控制,可最小化绕组铜耗以提升电机运行效率。若MTPA能实现在线寻优,而不依赖预置的电机参数或离线计算所得的预置工作曲线,则能有效增强算法的通用性和可移植性。本文介绍国内外主要的MTPA在线寻优策略,并基于各种方案的原理归纳总结不同算法的动态与稳态特性。
Maximum torque per ampere(MTPA)control is a common strategy of vector control.It has been widely used for synchronous motors to minimize the winding ohmic loss and improve the motor operating efficiency.Online optimization of the MTPA does not rely on the preset motor parameters nor operation curves which are based on offline calculation.Therefore,the generality and transportability of the algorithm are enhanced.Major strategies of online optimization of the MTPA control was reviewed in this paper.Principles,as well as dynamic and steady state characteristics of various strategies were summarized.
